Adults carrying old wounds into present relationships, people who never quite learned what safety feels like, and anyone who is ready to heal what's underneath the patterns they can't seem to break.
Some people come for a few months to work through something specific, while others stay longer for deeper growth and trauma work. We’ll check in regularly about your progress to make sure therapy continues to feel meaningful and helpful.
Some people find that the typical 50-minute session is not quite enough time when they are working through a particularly painful memory. An EMDR Intensive is a 90-minute therapy session designed to give you more space to dive deep and create meaningful shifts at your own pace.
Payment will be automatically charged at the time of service and can be made via credit card, debit card, or HSA card, which you can put on file.
Sessions are $175 per 50-minute session or $280 for a 90-minute extended EMDR intensive.
No, I do not take insurance. If you have out-of-network benefits, I can provide a superbill for potential reimbursement from your insurance company.
Our first session is mostly about getting to know you! What’s been going on, what’s bringing you in, and what you’d like to get out of therapy. We’ll go at your pace and start to get a sense of whether we’re a good fit. You don’t have to have everything figured out to start, you just have to take the first step.
Sessions cancelled at least 24 hours prior to the appointment will not be charged. Sessions cancelled within 24 hours and no-shows will be charged the full cost of the session.
